Codemasters has supplied us with a number of email addresses to direct our complaints to. Very nice. If they were read. A week ago, I’ve sent an email to both the GM report email addy and the custserv@cm addy. So far, not even the read receipts have been returned. How the devil do you claim you have customer service if complaints are not even being read?

Angrenel goes runing…
This post was written by Raedwulf, a raid leader of the Raids’R'Us group.
Yes, Runing; not running! Given what I’m like as a Loremaster, every cat that expressed an opinion reckoned I’d be going for a Runekeeper. Who am I to disappoint, eh? I took Angrenar for a run on the afternoon of the first day & got him more or less to the end of the Intro & L5; then as others came on in the evening, starting their Wardens & Keepers, out he came for some more practice, this time in fellowship. Most of the time, we had 2 Wardens (Rhyaewald & Tierlo), & 2 Keepers (Feylanna (Sil) & myself), briefly adding a 3rd Warden who happened to be in the vicinity. By the end of the night, we were all level 12, I think, so these comments should reflect a nice mix of the early stages of the new stuff.
The Warden – First Impressions
With the release of Lord of the Rings Online: The Mines of Moria, we have seen the addition of the Warden class. After the short introduction to the class earlier, I’ve been able to play a Warden last night. My first impression: it’s good!.

Support has returned!

Leaving people waiting for several hours before even answering bad, making them wait 2 months for an issue to be solved (and still not solving it) is worse. Continue reading

The Lord of the Rings is hot these days. First there were the amazing movies by Peter Jackson, now there is the MMORPG ‘The Shadows of Angmar’. Thousands of players are enjoying the great interpretation of Turbine to the world of Tolkien. Eriador was never as crowded. CodeMasters is the european operator of the game, Turbine handles the US players. For the first time in my life, I feel unlucky not to live in the USA.
Rise of a Blackarrow
Free Peoples beware! Vanuit de diepe krochten van Snowbourn is een nieuw gevaar de Ettenmoors binnengeslopen. Angmar riep om versterkingen in Laurelin’s Ettenmoors, deze roep is beantwoord. Continue reading
