A letter to Codemasters

Codemasters has supplied us with a number of email addresses to direct our complaints to. Very nice. If they were read. A week ago, I’ve sent an email to both the GM report email addy and the custserv@cm addy. So far, not even the read receipts have been returned. How the devil do you claim you have customer service if complaints are not even being read?

Support has returned!

As you might have read, I have not been overly happy with the level of customer support provided by Codemasters in the Lord of the Rings Online. Leaving people waiting for several hours before even answering bad, making them wait 2 months for an issue to be solved (and still not solving it) is worse. Read the rest of this entry »
