		<description>and still i get bad help from them, so i say nothing has changed. i get standard mail reply to my questions and they close the ticket after answer without leaveing the option to reply or thank for the help. so that&#039;s the reason i dont send tickets if its not a real problem, or even when it is a real problem (most of the time). but i have a lifetime so i hope it will change some day...
