A letter to Codemasters

Codemasters has supplied us with a number of email addresses to direct our complaints to. Very nice. If they were read. A week ago, I’ve sent an email to both the GM report email addy and the custserv@cm addy. So far, not even the read receipts have been returned. How the devil do you claim you have customer service if complaints are not even being read?
I know handling of complaints is something you like to avoid, as we can clearly see in the way the no-good GMs enforce the various policies. Or should I say, not enforce these policies? Naming policies are a joke, they are only enforced when the GM feels like it. People running around with names that would not fit on any of the servers, people running around on the RP server (which is listed as being strict on it’s naming) with names of historical figures, or just 1 letter off making it only a phonetic match. Your GMs, well most of them, are lazy, refuse to help people or enforce the policies and just don’t represent the customer service you advertise. The name ‘customer annoyance team’ would be more fitting.
A month ago, a similar thread was opened. You (CM) have stated you would take it up with the customer services manager. So far, I’ve seen jack all change. I’m glad I’ve paid for my lifetime subscription when the game launched, so I’ve already got all my money back in the time played. The current level of service is not worth the money we, no wait.. others pay! Get your act together Codemasters. If you don’t give a damn about us, just say so and let us know. Don’t act as if you care about customers when it’s clearly visible that you dont.
